Payment and Delivery

Once you’ve placed an order on our website, our manager will reach out to you to confirm the details. You’ll only be
charged for the cost of the items you’ve ordered; delivery fees are separate and will be paid according to the
carrier’s rates upon receipt of your order.

Payment Methods:

Payment to the individual entrepreneur’s card “Monobank,” 4035 2000 4225 2814 – commission rates
depend on your bank; “Monobank” transactions are commission-free.
Payment to the individual entrepreneur’s bank account, Marina Hennadiyivna Bozhko, IBAN
UA073220010000026005310087553 at “Universal Bank,” EDRPOU 2828320625 – commission-free.
Online payment on our website with major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) – commission-free.
Cash on delivery is available upon receipt at a “Nova Poshta” branch, with a commission of 20 UAH plus 2%
of the order total.

For prepayments to a card or bank account, please inform our manager and provide the payment receipt.

We ship our products using the transport company “Nova Poshta.” Delivery is possible nationwide in Ukraine. Orders
are dispatched on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays in the morning. On average, delivery takes 1-3 days from the
date of your order. Parcels are stored free of charge at “Nova Poshta” for up to 7 calendar days after arrival. We’ll
remind you to collect your order before this period ends. Afterward, parcels are automatically returned to us.

Shipping Options:

Cash on delivery: This includes the delivery service and a return money transfer service (cash on delivery). The cost
of the return money transfer service is 20 UAH plus 2% of the order total. Buyers are responsible for the delivery fee
based on “Nova Poshta” rates, as well as the return money transfer service fee.

Standard shipping, without cash on delivery: This option covers only the delivery service based on “Nova Poshta”
rates, which buyers are responsible for. This option is available with a 100% prepayment; we require full payment for
the order to our card or bank account beforehand.
